The reload animation is quite janky. It looks very goofy, but that's due to the limitations of the game. If you can overlook that, there are no real issues aside from the hand placement. The magazine is transparent, and the ring sight works, although the tactical version isn’t configured.
All assets were taken directly from Insurgency: Sandstorm.
Installation:
Just extract the archive and place the files in
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday8ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf
